Why there's one date for everything
Every Padelism piece is made to order. That includes the hoodies and tees, and it also includes the small stuff: the socks, the overgrips, the mug, the beanie. Nothing ships the same day, so there isn't a faster lane for accessories.
Our shipping policy puts UK delivery at 7 to 10 working days from the day you order. That covers making it and posting it. Working days are Monday to Friday, and UK bank holidays don't count.
So the maths is simple. Order on 10 December, count 10 working days, and you land on Thursday 24 December. Christmas Eve. That's the very end of the estimate, which is why 10 December is the last date and not a target.

These are estimates from the 7 to 10 working day window. They aren't guarantees, and couriers get busy in December, so the earlier rows are the safer ones.

Two more things push dates back. Orders are processed in 2 to 5 working days, and the shipping policy warns that this can take a little longer during peak drops or promotional periods. If there's a Black Friday offer, expect that week to be one of them. Once your order is dispatched you get a tracking link by email, though tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.
Sending a gift outside the UK
We ship to Europe, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and more. International delivery typically takes 7 to 14 working days from the day you order.
On paper, 14 working days back from Christmas Eve is Friday 4 December. Treat that as too late, not as a deadline. Customs can add days, and so can holidays in the country you're sending to. If the person is abroad, order in November.
One more thing that catches gift buyers out. The person receiving an international parcel is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges. Those are set by their country, not by us. If you'd hate them to get a bill on the doorstep, find out what their country charges before you send.
What 30-day returns mean for a gift
Returns are open for 30 days on everything, made-to-order pieces included. But read the detail, because gifts are where it matters.
The 30 days start when the parcel arrives, not on Christmas Day. If a hoodie reaches you on 25 November, the window closes on Christmas Day. If it reaches you on 15 December, it runs to the middle of January. Ordering in early December, before the 10th, gets you delivery before Christmas and a returns window that stretches past it. Late November works too if you want more breathing room on delivery, but the window shrinks.
The condition rules are the usual ones. Unworn, unwashed, tags on, and socks and headwear still in their packaging. Return postage is on the sender unless the item is faulty or wrong, and the refund goes back to the card that paid. Our guide to getting a gift size right covers those in more detail.
You're the one who has to start it. The returns form needs the order number and the email used at checkout, with no account needed. It then sends a verification email to that checkout address, which is your inbox, not theirs. So if the size is off in January, the simplest route is for them to tell you and for you to start the return. Keep the order confirmation email somewhere you'll find it. Requests are reviewed within 1 to 2 working days and the return address comes by email once it's approved.
Getting a different size means a new order. Size exchanges are accepted, and the quickest way is to return the original for a refund and order the right size. That new piece is made to order too, so allow the same 7 to 10 working days. Check the size guide before you buy.
Open the parcel when it lands. I know it's tempting to leave it sealed until Christmas. Don't. If something is faulty, damaged or the wrong item, you need to email returns@padelism.co.uk within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo. That's sorted with a replacement or a full refund, postage included. Check it, then wrap it.

A shortlist with no size to guess
The returns rules above are all about getting a size right. These skip that problem. Same delivery dates as everything else, but nothing to measure.

UK delivery is free on orders of £75 and over. A single Mk1 Box Hoodie is £75, so it ships free on its own. Under £75, delivery is worked out at checkout.
