Every padel group has a Secret Santa that ends with somebody unwrapping a novelty keyring. This page is the alternative. Six things, all £30 and under, all made for people who actually play. For each one I've written who in your group it suits and why they'll use it after Christmas Day, not just on it.
Prices below are live store prices. UK delivery is free on orders of £75 and over. Under that, delivery is added at checkout.
The budget table
Most Secret Santa limits land on a round number. Here's what fits each one.
| Your limit | What fits | Price |
|---|---|---|
| £10 | Overgrips, 3 pack | £7 |
| £15 | Overgrips, 6 pack | £12 |
| £15 | Grip socks | £14 |
| £15 | Wake Up For Padel mug | £15 |
| £25 | Grip socks + 3 pack overgrips | £21 |
| £25 | Mug + 3 pack overgrips | £22 |
| £25 | Organic beanie | £25 |
| £25 | Organic tote | £25 |
| £30 | 6 pack overgrips + grip socks | £26 |
| £30 | Grip socks + mug | £29 |
| £30 | Organic dad hat | £30 |
If your group set £20, the honest answer is grip socks, the mug or the 6 pack of overgrips, and keep the change. Nothing here lands on £20 exactly, and I'd rather tell you that than pad it out.
Six gifts, and the player each one is for
Overgrips: for the one with sweaty hands
£7 for three, £12 for six. Padelism overgrips are sweat-absorbing and go over the racket's base grip. They wear out. That's the whole point of them, and it's why they make a good small gift. Nobody minds getting more of something they'd have to buy anyway.
Who gets them: the player who wipes their hand on their shorts between every point. Or anyone who plays a lot. You don't need to know which racket they use, because an overgrip goes on any of them.
Grip socks: for the one in old football socks
£14. Padelism grip socks have non-slip grip on the sole to cut down movement inside the shoe. Padel is full of short, sharp changes of direction, and a foot sliding around in a trainer is a small thing you notice every single rally.
Who gets them: the player who turns up in whatever socks were clean. They come in two sizes, UK 4-7 and UK 8-11. So you only need to know one thing: is their shoe size above or below an 8? More on how to find that out without blowing your cover below.
Wake Up For Padel mug: for the one stuck at a desk until the evening game
£15. Some players spend the whole working day refreshing the booking app and watching the clock until their evening court. The Wake Up For Padel mug puts padel on their desk for the hours they can't play.
What to know before you wrap it: white enamel with a silver rim, 8 cm high, lead and BPA-free. Wash it by hand and never heat food or drink directly in it, because that damages the coating. Enamel can pick up tea and coffee stains over time, and the product page suggests lemon juice or soda with a hard sponge to lift them. If the person you've drawn is particular about mugs, write that on the tag.
Organic beanie: for the one who plays outdoors in January
£25. If your group plays on outdoor courts through winter, you know the bit before the first game. Standing around, hands in pockets, waiting for the court to clear. The Padelism organic beanie is 100% organic cotton, cuffed, and there's no size to choose. Four colours: Black, Oxford Navy, Burgundy and Light Grey.
Who gets it: the outdoor regular, or anyone you don't know well. A beanie is the safest gift on this page.
Organic dad hat: for the one who never takes a hat off
£30, so it's right at the top of the budget. Here's the organic dad hat, and the rest of our headwear range is a click away. 100% organic cotton, unstructured, six panels, and an adjustable fabric strap with a brass slider. Adjustable means no sizing risk. Colours are Black, Pacific, Charcoal, Jungle and Oyster.
Who gets it: the player who wears a cap to the court, to the pub after, and to the shops on Sunday.
Organic tote: for the one carrying kit in a carrier bag
£25. A big organic cotton tote, 23 litres, in Black or Oyster. Here's the organic tote, and there's more in accessories. It's not a racket bag. It's for the stuff that comes after the game: the hoodie, the towel, the water bottle, the change of trainers.
Who gets it: the person whose kit lives in the boot of their car, loose.
How to run a padel Secret Santa without it going wrong
Five rules that keep it fair and keep it fun.
Set the limit in the chat, in writing. "About £20" turns into one person spending £8 and another spending £40. Pick a number and pin the message.
Find out shoe sizes sideways. Grip socks are the one item here with a size. Don't ask your person directly. Ask the whole group something like "thinking of getting new trainers, what size does everyone wear in their padel shoes?" You'll get every answer at once, and nobody suspects a thing.
Avoid anything that needs a size you can't get. That's why this page has no tees on it. If your budget stretches, the 2 for £90 tees are there, but you'd need to know their fit. The beanie, dad hat, tote, mug and overgrips need no size at all.
Order early. Some of these items are made to order, so they take longer than stock items. The last order date for UK Christmas delivery is 10 December 2026. Don't leave it to the last week.
Keep it padel, keep it useful. The best Secret Santa gift is one that turns up again. Overgrips go on the racket. Socks go in the bag. The mug sits on the work desk all week.
If you're the one organising
Here's a trick for whoever runs the group or the league team. Delivery is free in the UK on orders of £75 and over. Six pairs of grip socks come to £84. That's a matching pair for every player in a six-person team, delivered free, as an end-of-season thank you. Five beanies come to £125 and the same rule applies.
It's one order, one delivery, and everyone gets something they'll wear the next time they play.
Sending to someone abroad?
Padelism ships to Europe, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and more. If your group has a player who moved away, or you play with people from other countries on holiday, small items like overgrips and socks are an easy thing to send. Delivery costs depend on the country and show at checkout. International delivery takes 7 to 14 working days, so for a Christmas gift, order as early as you can.
Returns
Got the grip sock size wrong? You can exchange them for the other size, as long as they're unworn and in their original packaging. For anything else that isn't right, you have 30 days to return it. The customer pays the return postage. Full details are on the returns and refunds page.
FAQ
What is a good padel Secret Santa gift under £10?
The 3 pack of Padelism overgrips at £7. Every player uses overgrips, they wear out, and they fit any racket.
What is a good padel stocking filler under £15?
Grip socks at £14 or the Wake Up For Padel mug at £15. Socks need a rough shoe size (UK 4-7 or UK 8-11). The mug needs nothing.
Which padel gifts don't need a size?
The overgrips, the mug, the organic beanie, the organic dad hat (it has an adjustable strap) and the organic tote. Only the grip socks come in sizes.
Can I get free delivery on small padel gifts?
UK delivery is free on orders of £75 and over. On a single small gift, delivery is added at checkout. If you're buying for a few people, or for a whole team, combining them into one order can take you to £75.
Can I return a Secret Santa gift?
Yes, within 30 days. The customer pays the return postage. See the returns and refunds page for the details.
