How long do I have to return my order?

AnswerYou can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

How do I start a return?

AnswerJust email hello@padelism.co.uk with your order number, the item(s)you want to return, and a short note explaining why.


We’ll reply within 1–2 working days (usually much sooner) with the return address and next steps.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If you’re returning an item because it doesn’t fit or you’ve changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the return postage.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover all costs and send you a replacement or full refund.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

The fastest way to exchange is to return the unwanted item for a refund and then place a new order for the size or colour you want.


This ensures your replacement doesn’t go out of stock in the meantime.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 working days back to your original payment method.


We’ll email you as soon as it’s done.

What if my order arrives faulty or damaged?

Please email us at hello@padelism.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short description — we’ll fix it quickly with a replacement or full refund (including shipping).

Are any items non-returnable?

Yes — for hygiene reasons,socks and headwear can’t be returned unless they’re faulty.


Also, since most Padelism items are made-to-order, we can’t accept returns just for change of mind — unless there’s a printing error or defect.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Under UK law, you can cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it.

Simply email hello@padelism.co.uk to let us know — you then have another 14 days to send the item(s) back for a full refund (including standard delivery costs).

Can I return sale items?

Yes — sale items can be returned as long as they meet the same conditions (unused, unwashed, in original packaging).

Our Returns Policy

1. Returns
You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging (including tags).
You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is perfect).


Please note:
Returns that show signs of wear or damage may not be accepted. For hygiene reasons, socks and headwear cannot be returned unless faulty.


2. How to Start a Return
To start your return, please email hello@padelism.co.uk with:


Your order number
The item(s) you’d like to return
The reason for the return (just helps us improve)


We’ll reply within 1–2 working days (usually much sooner) with simple return instructions and the return address. Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.


3. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.


4. Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or style, the quickest way is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want.


5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email returns@padelism.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with:


Your order number
A brief description of the issue
A photo clearly showing the problem


We’ll sort it straight away — either with a replacement or a full refund, including postage.


6. Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Many of our products are print-on-demand, made especially for you once you order. This helps us reduce waste and keep our production sustainable. Because of this, we can’t accept returns on made-to-order items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

7. Your Right to Cancel (UK Law)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. If you choose to cancel, please notify us by email at returns@padelism.co.uk within 14 days, and return the item(s) within another 14 days. You’ll receive a full refund (including standard delivery costs) once the items have been received back in good condition.
