SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
All Padelism products are made to order.
Orders are processed within 2–5 working days. During peak drops or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
UK Shipping
All UK orders are shipped using tracked delivery services.
Estimated delivery time is 7–10 working days from the date your order is placed. This includes production and shipping time.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free UK shipping is available on orders over £75.
Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. Padelism is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations.
Delivery times vary by country but typically range between 7–14 working days from the date of order.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges. These fees are set by your local authorities and are outside of our control.
Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking where available.
You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to courier networks, customs processing or seasonal demand.
Padelism cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact hello@padelism.co.uk with your order number and details.
We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
